WHO ARE WE?

My story is probably just like yours.  I bought my first upright bass in 2005 and I wanted to sound just like my heroes.  When it came time to amplify my bass, I was met by over priced pickups that I couldn't afford, and cheaper options that just sounded bad.  I decided to build my own pickup.  One thing lead to another and the rest, as they say, is history.

Here at Six Rounds Sound, we know pickups.  We've tried them all.  The expensive ones, the industry standards, and the cheap eBay specials, they have all left us wanting more.  We've spent over a decade studying the physics of piezo electric transducers, how they respond to different materials, and what you, the musician, is really looking for in a bass tone.  We know how to help you sound your best!
